Reposting this as I think it may have got missed in the shuffle. :)

For M-C and CathyR....I believe this may be an option worth considering for Mac users.....SeaMonkey All In One Internet Application Suite -

I downloaded the Windows version and I am using it....as I generally use Firefox and OE. It works on the same principal as OE for mail and newsgroups. HTH, Marilyn

Thanks Marilyn! I read your post from my MAC and downloaded sea monkey last night. It installed beautifully and the directions on how to get to usenet were very good once I went into the help and searched the index for newsgroups. The only problem I have now is remembering my log on and password for individual.net and then I'll be able to test it! I'll let you know and possibly update the RCS website info to include this for the MAC users out there!

Thanks Marilyn, I'll have to check it out. Lately google only lets me post a few messages before it decides to stop working for some reason.

No problem Cathy, hope it will fit the bill for you. I have been using Seabird for a few of days now and find it pretty user-friendly. There are a lot of similarities to Outlook Express and setting up your email accounts is almost the same too. I am still tweaking my mail filters but apart from that I am happy.
