? @ Storage for stickers and die cuts

Hi All, I was just wondering what you all use to store your die cuts and stickers ( as well as other misc. items). I received some monetary gifts for my Birthday (this past Saturday) and would like to invest in a good organization system for all my goodies. Thanks in advance for the suggestions, Dorothy in NY PS: BTW: My DH took me to the Outback Steakhouse for my Birthday Dinner. We had a Wonderful time!! My Wonderful MIL and FIL watched the kids!! What a change from the Hospital Food!! YUM YUM!! LOL

Hi Dorothy, I use the accessory binder from CM. It's a three ring binder that has holds heavy plastic pocket pages to hold all of my stickers, die cuts, metal embellishments, letters, etc. You can purchase additional pages too. The binder has been the way to go for me. Click on the link to see a picture.

I am not a CM demonstrator, but I think somebody in RCS is and could give additional info., if you're interested.

Happy belated birthday!!!

Hi Dorothy,

I'm glad to see you are back and with a precious healthy little one to boot.

I use an expandable file that you can find at staples and occassionally use those photo boxes to keep the ones I'm in the process of using safely tucked away.

Hope it helps, Kate

HI Dorothy, I have a black sticker binder that has the three-ring plastic pages in it. They are different kinds of pages that are divided in sections for border stickers, and smaller misc stickers, and Walmart and HL sells them.

I have also heard of people using baseball card album pages to store stickers in. I know they are cheaper, but I dont know if they are, (or need to be) acid free.

I also use the full 3 ring binder page protectors for some of my larger pieces of die cuts pages (you know, the pages that are ALL die cuts on one page, and when you use one or two out of the middle, the rest fall out!) so they don't all come apart. And last of all, I have a plastic shoe box storage container that I put misc stickers and embellishments in, that wont fit in the sticker binder. Happy shopping! Linda C Illinois

Hi Dorothy,

I'm so happy that your husband remembered YOUR birthday after the little one was born. hahaha. After my 2nd child my husband forgot, but made up for it and has never forgot again.

I use a large accordian file. The first accordian file was too small for the larger alphabets, but I found a larger one. I really like it over the sticker binder, because I have SO many stickers. I have the sections labeled with things like "Babies" "Christmas" "Food" "Alphabets" etc and I find it really easy to find what I want. Everything fits not matter what the size and shape.

Hi Dorothy!! Glad to see that you are getting back to nomal -LOL!!

I went to Office Depot and got some of their small plastic reclosable legal letter file envelopes. They are clear and have a twine tie that winds aroud a clasp thing. I them put labels o the ends of them and found a drawer unit that is deep enough for them to stand in on their side. larger sheets i have in a drawer unit like you can get at Walmart now for either 12x or 8.5x11 paper.

I use an accordian file also. It works best for me. I have each section labeled and I keep the diecuts and small stickers in these great vellum envelopes that Peggy sent me a couple years ago for secret santa. I just drop it right in w/ the larger sticker pages in each section.

For the smaller die cuts and stickers, I use pocket photo albums - the kind that allows for two photos on a page - works really well. For the larger sheets of stickers, I use ringbinders with filing sleeves in them. I put a piece of paper into the filing sleeve first and that way you can use both sides for different sheets of stickers. It makes it really easy and neat just to page through your file when you're looking for something :)
