Fabric for shirts

Hi!

I've been making shirts for my husband for many years, and I never worried if the fabric I bought needed to be ironed after washing since I did the ironing! If he liked it, I bought it and sewed it up. However, now my son (6'9") needs some nice shirts for work, and he doesn't live at home and he doesn't especially like ironing. Any thoughts on the kind of fabric I should be using and where to get it? Oxford would be nice, I suspect, but I haven't seen a wash and wear type. I bought some 100% cotton for my husband for Christmas last year and I do have to iron it! -- is there a good online source for it? The shirts my son bought (but of course don't fit *quite* right) are 60% cotton, 40% polyester, and he likes that. I found only one men's shirting fabric that came in one color that I think he'll like at Fabric.com, but I need to make several different colors. Any suggestions? Thanks!
