I just moved into this house and after pricing custom Roman Shades, I decided to do it myself. I've had them made for me before and have made some before some years back as well. I have my material and am ready to go.
However, the plastic rings are priced at .12 each at JoAnn's. There must be a source to purchase larger amounts for less than that. Does anyone know of a source to purchase on line window do-it-yourself supplies?
I sure haven't come up with any using Google.
