ON-t: fave crochet hooks?

Hi all,

Been gone a while for personal issues, but hopefully I'm back again. I'm just catching up on all the reading, still a few hundred more messages to go through!

I like the Bates hook style. I can't work fast at all with the Boye style with that huge head with a tiny narrowed neck!

Bates metal hooks. They've got both a G/6 and G/7 size!

Red Heart Crystalites hard plastic.

Brittany wood hooks (which are a little long so they don't get used much but are a joy to look at and handle when I do).

Lion Brand plastic hooks, which were on closeout at my local Michael's a while back, so I grabbed up a ton of their knitting needles and crochet hooks. I actually like the LB size Q hook better than the monstrous Bates Q hook, which is more of a Boye style than Bates and has never worked very well for me since it seems way too long as well.
