I went ahead an listed my wildflowers on eBay. I really love the Turks Cap.
Now I'm having second thoughts. Please I need help with a couple of questions.
How are the photos? Do you like the collage? Was it worth putting super sized pictures up? Is it too expensive?
Don't start second guessing yourself, Starlia. That's a good beginning price and I believe the extra pictures are good thing.
I always thought that your pictures could be a bit sharper, not just on this set which is lovely btw but on the rest of your auctions. How are you doing your photos? Are you scanning, digital or film?
I have a digital, but I'm not a big fan of digital. I finally have started figuring out the settings. I guess I'll go back to my professional 35mm equipment and get the film put on CD. It will be much better.

Thank you for your input Harry.
Wait, Starlia. You must have photo software then. Try sharpening the picture first and see if that helps. Experiment a little with the camera and the software, you'll get it.
I think the pictures of the Turk's Cap is good. I wonder if it's because it's zoomed in?
This camera is so frustrating to use sometimes. I really love my sharp photos with my professional equipment. I have macro lenses, macro flashes, etc. It's just a big pain to do it for beads. I love taking photos of flowers though. :-)
your beads instead of your hand ( kinda distracting ) do you have macro mode on your camera?
pictures hosted at place's inkfrog, I think its like 4.95 a month
With digital it is the mega-pixels of the camera that determines the quality from what I understand. I bought (much to my regret) an al-cheapo one and the quality of my digital photos is lousy. The higher the resolution (mega pixel) the better the quality..

Hi, This is the first time I've heard or seen anyone mention Turks Cap. There was always a large bush of it in our back yards. I remember sucking the nectar out of the bottom of the flower just like honey suckle. Some times I would eat the rest of the flower too.
I have been told it's a member of the hibiscus family, old and non-hybrid,but I'm not sure. I have some Rose of Sharon hibiscus in my back yard and it's not like Turks Cap at all.
I'm glad I could bring back memories. These are just a few of my favorite wildflowers. I'm thinking about bluebonnets next. :-)
Hmm.. know what you mean.. Nothing quite like my SLR, I reckon...
I really loved that camera.. Don't have it anymore tho' :-(( - only this cruddy digital which I kinda wish I'd never clapped eyes on! LOL

Starlia - it's not your pics, it's the ebay host. Host the pics elsewhere and they will look a heck of a lot better, sweetie!!!
I tried the one you talked about it but it won't show the photos. :-(
Hmmm - email me and we'll talk. I am unsure of your level of knowledge about HTML and using pics on a different host, but I hope I can still help. :)
