I am located in the UK, south Hampshire area and looking for a vintage Jones machine mounted on a cast iron treadle base. Must have the Jones name in the casting. Anyone seen one in their local junk/antique shop or otherwise.
many thanks dj

Is this machine from the late 1800's early 1900's? Would this be the machine that was available before Singer? Just curious......
I have an old Singer treadle-type in my living room as a piece of furniture.... it belonged to my Great-Grandmother and she used it during the early 1900's. She sewed lots of those flapper dresses ;)
not sure on dates but yes its very similar to the Singer on treadle

Try Ebay, there are lots of vintage Jones sewing machines being sold, don't know about a treadle. Lots of hand cranks being sold for about
10 to 15 pounds plus shipping.
