we had good friends who lived out that way...Martyn Wright Rd, iirc...they've since moved back to the city and now have been living in Belguim for the past couple of yrs where his work took them. my roommate at Middlemore last weekend was from Patamahoe. my dh was born/raised here in BHB where we are now.
any idea how long you'll be at Middlemore? so i know when to try to get thru to you on the phone for a wee chat or i can just leave a msg for you with the nurses in your ward if you're not yet coherent when i call. i know nothing at all about your procedure so have no idea how long it takes or when you'll be up to anything at all. i was out of commission for the first 3 days. didnt even want my dh to come in cuz i didnt want to talk. i found it all too exhausting. :/ if i dont get thru, do get well soon. let us know here when you're home and up to at least a wee post just to let us know you're all ok and getting better. gentle hugz, j.

My last name is Murray and live at Glenbrook (15 mins from Drury). I actually started school at Blockhouse Bay School . Thankyou. Carol in Auckland, NZ
