Feb. CD's uploaded...FINALLY

Ok, so I finally got a chance to upload my Feb. CD's for the CD Swap. They're on our Flickr page, umm....somewhere. LOL I think they'll show up when the page first loads. If not, look for my Deb's Crafts collection since I know they're in there. Can you tell I'm still trying to figure Flickr out? LOL

I really enjoyed the CD swap. I actually made all 12 CD's using just what I had! I'm challenging myself to use what I have since I seem to have so much stuff. I used my Crop-A-Dile to punch holes in the CDs for the ribbons....not so easy to do with your left hand when you're right handed...quite funny to watch I might add. LOL

Very pretty! I clipped paperclips onto some of my CDs if I wanted to use a ribbon bow - that way I could just tie the bow onto the paperclip without worrying about holes...

Those look great Deb! So cute! Good for you using only things from your stash. I am trying to work on that too!

Great job Deb. I like the way you clipped the paper strip to hold the calendar. What did you use?

I love the altered CD's you made. I am so excited I was able to view your album, I usually have trouble getting your album to load. It was to funny I clicked on your link to view the CD's on the same page you have pictures of transformers my DH was walking by and he said "OOOHHH what you looking at" and quickly came in. It wasn't as excited when I said I was looking at Deb's altered CD's but we went through the album for more transformers. LOL! Your cat is adorable I love the picture of the cat peeking out from behinde the curtain. TFS.

The paper strips are cardstock and I used an SU Slit Punch to punch slits in the strips to hold in the matted calendars. Apparently I couldn't measure right because on a bunch of them I had to either use scissors to add more to the slit, or snip some off the calendar mats. But that's what I get for doing all that while medicated for bronchitis! (Or at least that's my excuse. LOL)

Yay!!! You can finally see them! I'm still getting used to Flickr, and just need to play with it more, which means I need more pics to upload, which means I need to make more stuff to photograph, right? LOL

ROFL Yep, the Transformers are DH's. I should have known your DH would see them. LOL By the way, no, my DH did not make the custom.

Digit is turning into a lazy kitty. LOL He'll be 2 in Feb and I swear he sleeps more than anything! One of these days I'm going to get his pics printed and start his album.
