Pineapple fascinates me andi love it .find some thing Xtra..Love u all.. Ingredients:

225 g Pineapple, tinned 1 tbls Chinese black vinegar 1 tbls Tomato pur=E9e 1 tbls Soy sauce 0.5 tsp Sugar 450 g Pork steak 1 tbls Cornflour 2 tbls Groundnut oil 1 item Yellow pepper 1 item Carrot, large 1 item Courgette 100 g Beansprouts Rice

Chinese pork with pineapple

Serves 4

  1. Drain the pineapple pieces reserving the juice. Put 2 tbls of the juice in a small bowl with the vinegar, tomato puree, soy sauce and sugar and mix together thoroughly. Slice the pepper. Peel and slice the carrot very finely. Cut the courgette into fine strips and the pork into 12 mm cubes.

  1. Toss the pork cubes in the cornflour to coat. Then heat the groundnut or vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan, add the pork cubes and stir fry for 3 minutes.

  2. Add the sliced pepper, sliced carrot and courgette strips to the wok or pan and stir fry for 1 minute.

  1. Next add the pineapple pieces to the wok or pan along with the beansprouts and the rice vinegar mixture. Cook over a gentle heat for

2 minutes or until the sauce has thickened and coats the meat and vegetables. Serve immediately on a bed of boiled rice.
