I just made my first batch of madeleines, They were chocolate almonds. We had them with raspberry ice cream (my own). They were a great match. I think I would like to make other kind of madeleines, Anybody have some great recipes? Something that goes well with coffee or tea. Perhaps a lemon or orange flavoured or plain vanilla (or any other flavour for that matter) I'd be much obliged! Zed
