Home-made self-raising flour

Oct 17, 2005 1 Replies

Hi Just bought the Nigella Lawson book on baking. It contains many recipes using self-raising flour which I don't always have handy. Anybody could tell me how much baking powder I should add to conventional all-purpose flour per cup (dip&sweep measure) to get the same result? Thnx
