loaf stick to pot

Old welbilt bread machine, replaced the pot (pan) about 2 years ago, now the loaf has started sticking to the bottom of the pot in the 12,3, 6 and9 o'clock positions. Is a struggle to get finished loaf out. machine is about 10 years old, still works well except for this. Any solutions other than a new machine?

Thanks. Mark

Sure. Just like any bread pan that's sticky.

Clean it well, then hose it down lightly with a release spray that lists methyl silicone or similar as an ingredient. Bake the pan empty so it gets a good patina, and never scrub it again. Bread should literally fall out of it from then on.
