Very pretty, Jill! It's nice that your pieces always have a little story or a special meaning to them. I used to do that with my clay pieces, but with the glass, sometimes it's hard to come up with a name let alone a story. Sometimes I really miss the clay under my fingernails.

I hear that, Dawn. Christi Friesen inspired me to start naming my polymer and dichroic pieces, but my names come from what I've had on my mind lately rather than trying to tell a story. Unless the story is about what rattles around in Cheryl's mind at the time!!!

I like this one, Jill. Love the pattern on the back. I'm back to drawing but it's full sized portraits and I doubt any of them will go on clay and if they do it will be a transfer. I'll leave that tiny stuff to you!!! Leaves me more torch time!

Here's how it happens....I'm working on a piece....some strange idea I woke up with of some sort....I get to a certain point (never know exactly when) and the bead tells me its own story.

Now you know why the people of my area think (know?) that I'm a nutcase...perhaps even dangerous....8-}

Thanks...Jill

Thanks so much Cheryl....no torch here....too many cat tails whipping through my studio at any given time. Visions of serious injury run through my mind anytime I get the notion to try glass.
