AD: Something a little different.

Hello everyone:

A note to show you a different design from my past work, a focal (of course).

I would be pleased if you would take the time to check it out! Thank you.

"Gaia" Ending tonight.

David, I debated a long time before deciding not to bid. It had nothing to do with the stunning work, only my finances at the moment.

It was your beads or taking my son to see 'Cars' and I am sorry but Pixar won. But only by the barest margin.

I love the new layers of glass and the way you are moving your eye around and looking at glass in different ways.

It breaks my heart that I can't afford new work but at least I get to enjoy looking at it.

Please don't think people aren't interested in your work. It's just sometimes that it's not the right time for the buyers, but it's never the wrong time for your art.

Thank you Su.

Heaven forbid that I would expect preference over the first mate! I realised a few years ago that the world does not revolve around me.... This is not a good time to get a realistic assessment of new work on eBay methinks!

Well, I can report that 'Cars' was superb. I'm ready to see it again, I'm such a big kid and I love great stories. Every time Pixar does something new I am sure it won't top their last effort but it does. And this one made me feel very homesick. Even more than 'Boundin' did. And I'm not even from around there, I'm a Midwestern girl through and through.

As for the ad and the petitions etc... I'm trying to work on getting eBay to be responsible. Then I'm planning to teach frogs to fly so they won't smack their behinds on the ground every time they jump. After that I plan to work on the issue of litterbugs, pollution, global warming and hostile bank takeovers. And then this weekend.....

I am not sure sometimes if eBay ever gives a realistic assesment of work.

Do you ever plan to have an online shop? I think you should, your work is stunning and if you read back over the past year or so you can watch the growth of online sales of people like Kandice and Kalera to the point that their work sells online almost instantly without the gruelling if exhilarating excitement of selling through auctions.

We're reaching the point of selling almost everything in the shop before we can come up with enough stock for a good run at eBay or JustBeads or The Annealer. I am sure that your gorgeous work has more than enough of a following to also sell online without resorting to auctions.

But call me a busybody and ignore me if you like. I just like your work!
