Ok, if I'm going to win that fish of Cindy's it's going to have to be by selling Mike's beads. Don't tell him. It's just between us guys, all ten thousand... ok?

We're off to Durham this weekend for the BWG AGM and bead fair, so the auctions will end while we're gone which is really the best way because it keeps me from getting square eyes from staring at the screen.

Thanks, Cindy. I think I'll have to stop at selling the First Mate too, he might object to changing parents this early in life.

Thanks, Becki, compliments are just as good as money to an artist. I feel the same way about a lot of beads, I'm regularly being outbid on David's beads but once in a while I get lucky, and those are the beads meant for me.

And thanks David! I found an old note from you in another email account I just got access to again, I'll answer it more fully on Monday but yes, I do see things in your beads. Lovely things.

Oddly enough, Nuin didn't sell even for the opening price. This confirms something we wanted to know, is it worth listing in the US lampwork section of eBay.com and the answer is absolutely NOT. We get better prices and more sales on eBay.co.uk any time.

Duh on me for exhaustion. Nuin did sell and happily to someone who'd wanted some of Mike's B&W beads anyway.

Durham is nice. It rained but it was still a lovely drive. Night, all.
