ART TO WEAR: Divisions and Classes available for entry in the Art to Wear Contest: ? Division 220 Class 1 ? Embellished Hats Class 2 ? Embellished Foot Wear Class 3 ? Original Design Handbags Class 4 ? Original Design Single Item (Wearing Apparel: i.e. Dress, jacket, etc.) Class 5 ? Original Design Ensemble (Wearing Apparel: i.e. Dress with jacket, etc.)
only the last three have to be ORIGINAL DESIGNS. Jewelry isn't considered Art to Wear.
Note the categories below, which do include "beads and jewelry" in the same category as doll making, toy making, and straw weaving. and, in addition, it does NOT say "ORIGINAL DESIGN" on any of it, except under "straw art"!!!!!!!!
CREATIVE ARTS SHOW: Division - Class Descriptions: ? Bead Art: Enter any item in which the beading is to be judged. Class 1 Jewelry - Art including stringing, micro macrame, and other wearable art techniques.
