Down The Street Bead Show

I went and took my student with me. Nice turnout of vendors and buyers, despite the rain and wind. My student , who has now learned flat peyote, netting, spiral herringbone and tubular peyote (and finished projects in all of the above) bouth $29 worth of seed beads. In the words of Manda, hehehe. I've created a monster! I only bought 3 tubes of seed beads. Then again I've got a fully stocked bead store in my condo!

Pictures of the show are at:

Be sure and check out Shannon Hill, the eye candy that makes eye candy (the last two photos).

Fun! Fun! Fun! Are we going to get to see photos of your student's work?

She's due back Monday night. I'll ask her. She's already given away the tubular peyote bracelet she made. She does awesome work.

She crocheted me a pair of slippers as a thank you and today I gifted her with a shoebox container for her stash. I expect soon it will outgrow the shoebox ;-) (insert evil laugh).

I notice we got two photos of the hunky man candy. Too bad we couldn't see his....beads!!!

I was drooling over the plates of carvings. Thanks for taking us to the show with you.

Actually, the two shots before the ones of him are his beads; the dragon is his.

Anything to make you drool, sweets!
