Yeah, that was me being understated.
The bummer is, we had one at half off at our last lighting seconds sale, and I could have gotten it for another 50% off, but I still couldn't justify it. Now I wish I had.
Tink, if you're ever in Portland (ISGB next year?) you should come to the store. We have it on display live and in person... and sometimes we dress it up in seasonal outfits! It's truly amazing. And the store is mind-boggling. You would love it, and I mean "love" as in "go insane".
Of course, I won't work there anymore by then... *sigh*. I already miss it!
OH, and if you have the most current catalog, not only is there a teeny picture of me somewhere in there (group photo), but also there is a little feature on my friend Chris, who is a cutie-pie and the best boy in the world. He is holding up a light fixture, and the whole time they were doing the shoot, the cameraman kept urging him to "stroke it!" and "give a big smile!". Meanwhile, the CEO and Chris' supervisor were laughing their asses off right outside the door!
OMG. You work there? I sleep with that catalog. You are one lucky grrl. My house wants about $10K worth of stuff from that catalog. I am SO jealous!
Yes, I'll be in Portland next year. And I'm starting to think that with all the cool places I love that are located there, I'll need to stay an additional six months or more :-)
