I'm getting a shield. I was thinking about that today, in fact... although I wonder how it will affect the angle at which I do a lot of my work?

Out of everything I've ever purchased for lampworking I think the shield is my favorite piece of equipment. Now all I need to do is get the boro shield for it and I'll be good to go and get rid of those goggles.

You can get one kind at Auralens. I purchased mine from Blue Moon Glassworks here in town and they are competitive in pricing and are the nicest folks. They ship out too.
