Jeepers! I hope so - wonderful beads!
I have to tell you, I HATE clear glass dots on beads and there are way too many of them in there for me. I don't know why everyone who does boro does that, but it is butt-ugly.

Well, since you asked, it looks like the designer ran out of ideas or made a mistake so they just dabbed dots all over it to COVER IT UP or make it look more decorated. In other words, it looks like an afterthought.
