I have a Janome 10000 Version 2.21 with Customizer 10000 and Easy transfer and would like to upgrade them all to version 3 but am having trouble finding either the software download or the upgrade kit for the machine. Have been to the Janome site and no luck there. Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks!
