I'd be happy to give it a try, but what do you mean by "it only needs to be in 2 colors and the lining itself has to be black." Do you want the design digitized in a simple (column or running?) stitch all in one color thread to be stitched on a black background? No fills?

When you say "lining" do you mean you want it digitized like redwork? Just the outlines? With no stitching in the open areas? So you would stitch it out with just one color of thread?
Hold the applause until you see the file. ;-) I have it digitized in satin "column" stitch, but I can convert it to a plain running stitch if that's what you meant. Also, I sized it to about 4.5" X 5", you didn't say what size you needed. Can you re-size, or would you like me to create it in a specific size?
Last question: do *you* *own* the artwork?

Well at least thank you so far. I can resize a bit so don't worry My embroidery-lingo is so-so but I'll guess you will know what I mean. (still it is guessing , but now that everything is out of order here, I am very easy to please)
About your last question : It stays a difficult one :)
Are we priviliged to use this artwork if we used the same motif on the cards, envelopes, stamps, etcetera like we did ? (You are right when you say the motif isn't made by us, it's a ready-bought.) But we like to think so because we did put up a lot of money to get that in the same motif. All regulated though a normal dutch babycard-shop. If that is not in line with the copyright you had in mind, I can understand that. If your problem is the masses that read this newsgroup : If you want to be insured that only 1 t-shirt will be made of this, mail the pes to me personally at : marijnstweede-at-gmail-dot-com. In that way you don't have to worry about giving a pes-design to the masses for free.

I suspect part of the difficulty is language barrier, and your English is very good! So if we can resolve the embroidery-specific terms we should be OK. By "lining", I think you mean the stitches used to outline a design? I digitized your artwork using a narrow satin stitch, called a "column stitch" in my software (PSW 2.0 for Singer). I saved it as a PES file.
Ok, sounds to me like you paid someone to design a logo for you, in that case I'm guessing you *own* the design, so I'll send you the file I created.
I will do that. This is not a binaries group, so I could not post it here at any rate. Just so you kknow it's from me, the file will be named "family.pes". If the design is not exactly what you had in mind, just let me know, I'll try to make some changes.

Some may see your attachment, but most won't, because this isn't a binaries group and most news servers will reject messages with attachments in non-binaries groups (or strip the attachment).
The only (electronic) ways to send a file to someone are:
direct personal e-mail
upload it to a web-accessible location and post the URL here or via e-mail. There are lots of free services for this, such as rapidshare.
