Fayday, I have had one for about a month now. I love it!!! Two draw backs so far.
1) It is not the easiest machine in the world to thread. With my big hands, it can take some real practice.2) Lighting. Make sure you have good lighting. You have to get at the machine from so many angles, that without good lighting, you will be working in shadows.
Now the good part, the "no jump stitches" is GREAT! I turn on the machine and walk away.
And, the stitch quality is outstanding. (at least compared to the ult 2001 had was using)
As for where in the UK to buy, Can't help you, I'm on the west coast of Canada.
