SEPARATING  Invisible Zippers!

I know there was a thread here a while back about a source for invisible zippers which could separate.  Well DD will need something very like that for the front of the tunic of the Hornpipe outfit, because they have to make quick changes and pulling a garment on over the head would muss the oh-so-carefully-arranged bun. Sewing without back pain

I have struggled for a few years now with severe pain in the muscles  of my mid-back after a couple of hours of sewing, cutting, pressing,  etc.  Leaning over is apparently really hard on my old back.  I  thought perhaps something to keep my back supported while I sew  might help, so I ordered one of these:  I just spent over almost four hours doing a lot of hand basting,  sewing and  pressing and my back is MUCH better than it would have  been without the brace.  o/ NAYY, ... and wow, am I happy to be able to sew for more than two hours  without feeling exhausted!

Cake flour?

I wanted to try making an Angel food cake. The recipe calls for "cake flour". I scoured 3 supermarkets near me including Whole foods but was unable to find it. I found "Pastry Flour" is this the same?I never realized there were so many types of flour!Thanks!
