Transparnt glass lamp

I have made a Tiffany lamp and used clear glas. Now when the lamp is burging you can see thrue the glass the lamp bulb and fitting. This is no to nice.

Has sombody a sollution for this problem?

Are there diffusers that could placed around the lamp bulb?

try a CLEAR BULB! does the inner edge of the foil show too? clear glass does not a "tiffany" lamp make!

Lamps should be done in a translucent glass just because of this problem. Having said that however, the deed is done and I think you might try a florescent light bulb substitute. It is more expensive, but lasts longer and is softer in its glow. Images By Albury Carl

you can always make a 'box' to surround the bulb out of frosted or heavily textured glass. then of course you need to rig it to stay in place and still allow access to change the bulb.m

Etch it, use a soft sandblast? Or if you want to keep it that transparent, use a low wattage bulb.
