yup. the tread is different and the price was 1/3 or 1/2 of that price (which pretty much explains this, eh?) But if the load cap. is 220 then i shouldn't be having the problems i am!!? m

Well, maybe. I'd guess that "capacity" means, from a design point of view, the most load on a wheel on an occasional basis. Not a maxed-out continuous load. I think you are undersized. You could measure the trailer door opening, vertically, and the box height vertically. Subtract the box measurement, and the difference is the max caster height, not considering any height differences created by dragging the box up a ramp. You probably will have to allow some additional room, depending on the incline of the ramps.
You may be able to find some casters at Grainger or McMaster-Carr that will have a capacity of 400 lbs each that are not too much taller than the ones you have.
thank you. i shall search there. I have to keep to the 8" because i measured exactly how high the box could be and still fit thru the door from the inclined ramp. That was how i determined the height to make the box. should have hired a better engineer. m

i couldn't understand their technical data but have a call in to them. thanks.
NO,(my panels fit perfectly as designed) i checked there,(but can try again for casters), no. What happened to that lead from Mike on foam filled? m
VOILA! the solution has been found! thanks to Charles, i talked to Lee at Service casters and he has the foam filled which should do exactly what i need for 30$ each! and, he is in PA near where i have to be for a show over the labor day weekend! So, just 2 more shows to go on flat tires and all will be well. thank you everyone!
For future reference, you might be able to post a pic to

then either link to it, or just mention in your post here that you posted a picture to abcp and/or abpc under the Subject of Box Wheels... or whatever.
Voila. Temp site.
