I am just finishing a Lavender and Lace Angel and would like to know when attaching the beads to a project should you use a thread close to the cloth or to the bead? Or a beading invisable thread (that aren't really invisable).

I use whatever seems to disappear the best -- usually matching the fabric, but not always.

I know on Celtic Christmas, she recommended stitching with thread to match the fabric. Tried that. Didn't like it. Ended up frogging about
200 beads. That was fun. I matched green thread to green beads, red thread to red beads, and for the gold beads I matched the fabric which was ivory. Sometimes you've just got to try it and see what works for you.D> I am just finishing a Lavender and Lace Angel and would like to know
