Since there was no fair way to decide who should light the bonfire at my son's last campout and they all wanted to be "the man", the Scoutmaster choose - himself.

Good thread! (No, that's not my favorite accessory, it's a comment on the posting!)
"Perfect Needles" (Size 28, extra petite -- I love 'em) Tulla Bee (Yarn Tree's version of a Dollolly) Art Bin storage boxes and tote. I love being able to travel with a full rotation of projects.

I suppose my favorite "accessory" has to be my computer, loaded with Pattern Maker, and Pattern Viewer. Without it, I would not have any patterns I want to embroider. It has a significant advantage in that I can print out the pattern in all sorts of different ways; large symbols with lots of pages; small symbols with fewer pages; patterns with no overlap at the edges of the page, or having the overlap.
Doesn`t your big, soppy Emma shove her off?

My LoRan needle threaders without which I would be lost.

I have to add to my LoRan needle threader. I couldn't see to put one stitch into my fabric if it wasn't for my mag lite.

Huh. I would have thought you'd say Fred's FANTASTIC Stitch-Away! LOL!

That's actually when I can see the best, too, but since I wear contacts, it's pretty much a pain to take them in and out a couple times a day to stitch (I mostly stitch on my lunch and "coffee" breaks). That's where the magnifying glasses come in. :)

My Emma (who for those who haven't seen her picture, is indeed big at 100 lb. plus, and does qualify as soppy, with eyes the colour of the filling of Caramilk bars) doesn't shove Louise, out of respect for her great age, but will shove my elbow skyward with her huge muzzle if she feels insufficient attention is being paid. I've looked at the Yaazzii in other spots. It does look pretty good!

I would too, say Fred's.
I have to go with my Gazelle floor stand, I don't enjoy stitching nearly as much without it.

My photocopier and cheap highlighter. I'd get lost on most charts without a working copy to mark up.
I can't list just one, either.

AHH the FANTASTIC Stitch Away Fabric Mount IS superb. Thing is, I don't use it for everything I stitch. I DO use the Grip-It for about
99% of everything I stitch. I still have difficulty getting the FANTASTIC Stitch Away Fabric Mount to behave when I am working on something like a bell pull :-). CiaoMeow >^;;^<
The one I did for a friend with the primarily pastel (other than the gridding threads) flosses used for her three birth samplers turned out rather interesting looking.
Actually, I think the snippets are the bits that are too long to throw away until you're finished with the project. Orts, on the other hand, are just too durned short to be useful. That's how I define the differences, anypath.
My GripIt Deluxe floorstand and QSnaps.
The 'badge holder' with a retractable leash that holds the snips I got at Pier 1 years ago. The badge holder clips to my lapel and is always at hand.
