My plans for today

Oh dear - I do hope you're feeling better. I've nearly run out of gas, but have to get the laundry I dumped on the bed in the search for DD's red jersey folded.

Got all the errands out done....

Liability.....

She didn't say she was going to faint, she fainted. Just tumbled right over boom. And from the sound of it, she might have hit her head on the way down. No way was I moving her or letting her move until someone who knows better than I do showed up.

Cheryl's right, liability is an issue, but honestly, that didn't even occur to me until later, when I went to tell the manager that I had witnessed the fall if ever there were any issue.

Didn't think of that.

Getting the distance between the lines even is hard for me so I usually have troubles with trellises (sounds sort of like a Star Trek episode). Overlaying one trellis on another took several tries until I was satisfied that it was as good as it was gonna get.

I was gonna say that one can't teach an old dog new tricks but I bet a certain Dr. B is up to that task.

She's adorable. Add the silly words that say "To Hell with Ironing" and it would be perfect.

You just have to choose one which has a topic you might know something about. This hour (5 p.m.) is about serial killers. Nope - not going to bother to do that one.

I've had the top score in three "Who's the expert" quizzes in the past four weeks.

I just got home from two days of workshop with Tanya Berlin. Great time, and a great teacher.

She's in Ottawa next. Are you going?

I have 5, including the one I had just done with a few minutes left in the hour. I love doing those when I have a clue about the subject.

My kids gave me a coffee mug that says, "forget housework. I'm busy being creative."

I am so tired now (no doubt the rain and dark doesn't help) that I am sincerely considering not stitching, taking my new magazines up stairs with me and calling it a day.

Last minute, some one I mend jewelry (used in a children's program) for called to pick up the latest lot.... So, I scurried through the ones that are done or easy to do and got those ready. It would have been more fun to visit with her longer, but the rain was really starting to come down.

Fill the tub with nice hot water and take the magazines in to read them while soaking.

That rain is due here tomorrow, there goes our Indian Summer.

We had the rain all day yesterday and today the temp went way up again. Very strange weather.
