Very nice Susan- do you sew that trim around the edges? It looks so neat.

Yes, I stitch it on with the same color floss by burying the stitch into the "twist" of the cording. Let's see if I can explain it: I stitch in place under the part of the cording where the two strands cross, and move forward within/along each twist, which hides the stitch effectively. Basically it's one stitch for each twist of the cord, anchored at each end where the twists cross.
Does that sort of make sense?
