That was fun, I may send it to our library newsletter. :-) For those who want something to sink their teeth into, I just finished: "The Shadow of the Wind" by Carlos Ruiz Zafon. I could hardly put it down. I was completely caught at the bottom of page 5 with the father explaining the "Cemetary of Forgotten Books" to his motherless 10 year old son, who has begun to forget his mother, who died of cholera 6 years before. The remaining 480 pages cover the next 20 years (1945 -

1965) and Daniel's obsessive search for the author of the forgotten book which he chooses (or did it choose him???) from the labyrinth of shelves within the Cemetary of Forgotten Books. It was a VERY HARD book to put down and I would have dearly loved to take a sick day yesterday to finish it. It kept me wondering and worrying from beginning to end. Liz from Humbug
