To Wash or Not to Wash

Hi! If Karen C can see this...I want to say her my thanks. Thank you for warning me! I certainly need it. So it is just snowwash then, to needlepoint I mean. In my case I have just one needlepoint item on my wall...but it is very dear. All the others...they have left the house and have new homes.

What, exactly, do you mean with the term "needlepoint". In different countries, this can mean different things . . . particularly for someone translating from another language.

Needlepoint, in English-speaking nations, means embroidery on canvas.

I mention this because I know Pirjo does more than just canvas embroidery.

Hi! Well, I just call it needlepoint...I knit too, but knitting is another issue...Embroidery then...So...those canvases (they are pre-painted, & I just stitch them)...they must not be washed, that much I got clear. Best: Pirjo
