That's basically the way I've done mine was well, but I've added additional data. I'll send you mine (probably next week when I get it updated). It needs some editing and some new stuff added. Right now it stands at over 200 items, but there are probably another 100 to be added.
It was in an Access file, but with the recent upgrade to my computer, for some reason I couldn't open it. Luckily, I know the trick of opening Access with Excel (you get the list of tables and queries) which then allowed me to grab the data (charts and completed projects) and save them into my Excel workbook.
The things I love about Excel are the abilities to filter and sort.
