I pondered whether to send this message to this group or not, and decided to a group that is actually civil. Well any way, I am going to be making some potato chops for the Toastmasters Christmas party on Tuesday.

The recipe I am planning to make following recipe:

Should I also bring a dipping sauce of some sort. My ideas are: Ketchup Sriracha sauce Dijon Mustard Honey Mustard (one or the other, I would not bring 2 kinds of mustard) Ranch Dressing I would bring at most 2 of them.

I plan on making it sometime this weekend, then for the party reheating them in a low (~180) oven and bringing them in an insulated container to keep them hot.

Here in Florida the Golden Corral Buffet has home made plain salted potato chips to eat with their fish and seafood------if you want a dip you can use one of the salad dressings. They are very good. Good luck with YOUR chips! Barbara in FL

I'm having a hard time imagining some of those dips with curry filled potatoes :-)

I'd likely do sriracha for those who like spicy and something not spicy for the rest of the people.

Have fun at your party.
