First scrap:)

:) It gives you a whole lot of possibilties to make a quilt exactly as you want, you don't have to rely on fabric and the design of the quiltpattern only, its a sort of extra dimension. In the future I also want to put some

3D effect in like folded ribbonrozes.

Fortunately I don't have to worry about any boarder taxes or state sales taxes (at this time anyway). Even with the higher cost for the shipping on some of them it still cost me far less than what I would pay for the same amount of thread retail at someplace like TSWLTH or at a LQS. I just paid $42.00 (that includes the shipping) for 240 spools of thread with 250 meters per spool and also received a lovely wooden thread box with 3 drawers to go with the threads. And most importantly the threads are a strong and durable thread. For me it is the only way to go any more. julia

I don't think I could prove to customs over here that I only paid 42 dollars for such a macnifficent find........:)

Overhere it would cost about 300 dollars and I would pay the full taxes.......

I love wooden boxes..even more when they have drawers.... sigh.......

If it come in with a commercial invoice they should. Mine do in Australia. Ask!

Some companies offer amazing bargains on "collections" of threads.
