Thank you, thank you. It was a wonderful quilty one. It started last weekend with a mini retreat with two cousins and a friend. We stitched and shopped at three quilt shops, and of course ate and laughed. Yesterday I went to an LQS and spent one of my gift cert. on a book and some fat quarters. Then we had dinner at TGIF with our older daughter and her hubby. They gave me a Jim Shore angel. Tonight the quilt group is bringing presents and we are going out for Mexican and then back here for pie. My brother sent me a gift cert. for Keepsake Quilting. I think I am going to buy the Vikki Pignatelli book after watching her on thequiltshow.com. My sister made a quilter doll for me. I also got $15 off at another LQS on Sat. during shop hop where I bought a book and a magazine; and 50% of another magazine at JoAnns. I really know how to celebrate!

Cool.. Sounds like a great way to spend a birthday. Birthdays would almost be worth having if you could do all that every year.
