I have had a not very good day. Sat down to machine stitch on a quilt and my walking foot broke. I think I have worn it out, it has already been repaired once, but this is a different problem. The prong that fits over the needle bar broke off. I have a Bernina 930 and replacement parts are expensive. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions. I am in withdrawal mode! Still sewing but much more difficult with out my foot! Thanks Anna Belle in Palm Bay

I broke the prong off my walking foot - don't know how or when, but I've been using it without any problem, until my dealer had a 30% off sale on the Viking feet a few weeks ago. Have you tried using it?
