I just made 6 pounds of Peanut Brittle and put 3 pounds into the mail for friend and her family. Made 6 dozen coconut macaroom wreaths and now I have to make 6 dozen peanut butter and 6 dozen choc chip cookies for gift bags for neighbors. I love xmas but sure miss the little sticky fingers and mouths that are usually here to help. School isn't out till next Wedensday and I couldn't wait that long. I'll do the sugar cookies and ginger bread men next week while DGD is here. Those are her favorites anyway. Don't you just love the holidays.

PEANUT BRITTLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 and you didn't put in the recipe. WAAAAAAAAAAAH!!! (sniff) I don't usually do any sort of special xmas cooking, but y'all are putting me in the mood.
