Pictures of bags made with 5" charms.

Yesterday I was at the shop setting up class schedules for next quarter. One of the classes I teach at that shop is a "Bag Lady Club" each month. In Sept. we are going to do Wonder Wallets and Purse-Nickities, both patterns by Lazy Girls Designs and super easy to do. A new shipment of fabric was being unpacked, including some charm packs. One is a new line from Moda, Native Sun. Got a set, 27 in a pack, and made up these bags this morning. Thought you might like to see. In the Bags and Totes album......

Aren't the Lazy Girl patterns the best?! I haven't made those yet, even though I have the patterns. And all those bags are so nice! Maybe I'll work on some of those for gifts too... hmmm..... I have to make a backpack for a friend's daughter for her birthday later this month. Hopefully I'll get it done without too much fuss.

Love your Purse-Nickities. Haven't made those yet, sure have fun making Wonder Wallets.

Donna, the "Nickities" are at least as much fun as the Wonder Wallets. A couple of years ago I made the "brick" shaped one ("Nikita") a bit larger in more masculine fabrics, and gave them as Christmas gifts to my brother-in-law and late-teen nephews. They loved them.
