My LQS just moved into bigger digs, and it's a pretty good store for the size of the town. I certainly found a lot of pretty fabric. BUT when I asked where the hand quilting thread was, they looked at me like I had two heads and pointed to a display of big cones in about 12 colors. No Gutterman, no Mettler. "We don't carry Gutterman hand quilting thread." Obviously, in their opinion, anyone who is a real quilter machine quilts.
I can't believe I'm the ONLY one in town who still quilts by hand!
