Sunny's Freebie Boutique of Weird Fabric and Stuff

Ok, I'm trying to fit a huge spill of stuff into my neat little sewing room. I might need to trim down a bit.

When my mom first gave me the sewing machine I have several years back I intended to become a wonderful garment seamstress. When the laughter dies down we'll continue. < ;) > As a result, I have several large pieces (3-5 yards each) of garment type fabric that I really don't want. I suppose they could be used in quilts, but I don't want to. I also have a collection of fabric samples from 1971. They're crepey type synthetic, very 70ish colors, very small. They melt if you try to iron them. But they would be really fun scrapbooking materials. I have several spools of handquilting thread -- none are full spools but none has much taken off. I will never hand quilt. Um, there's more.

Here's how it works:

Pick what you want, send an email with your snail mail addy to my email. I will take the first requester for each thing. All I ask is postage for the bigger pieces of fabric -- a couple will cost $6 or more to mail. And I'm really stingy.

The list:

  1. four spools of Coats/Clark handquilt cotton threads
  2. around 4 yards of pink cotton/linen fabric with darker pink roses all over it -- washable and heavy
  3. around 3 ish yards of some sort of slinkey feeling fabric -- bright red with black designs on it.
  4. Some incredibly synthetic oddly shaped piece of dark blue with white pin stripes (maybe a yard or so). textured.
  5. several yards cream colored jersey.

There will be more.

I have a lot of little things too. Odd stuff but fun -- blocks that were orphaned, strips of fabric, patterns. If you're interested in getting a tiny surprise package, let me know and sooner or later you might get something. LOL. I don't have a directory so I will need a PO Box or address or something.
