Okay I wrapped up my 3/16 punch problem by buying a McGill brand punch. I took my well worn 1/4 inch punch (that measured 1/4 inch) and saw it was made by McGill. So I hunted on Ebay until I found one. I got it today and it's punched hole measures 3/16 inch spot on! Hey looking at the package I see it's made in the USA. Score twice! Thanks for all the input. Now, I can get back to work!
