Oops - too late! I took a break and lay in the sun, and took my kayak out yesterday - and my back is very red. I didn't think I was out that long!
Needless to say, my DB found it funny when I tried to use the hot tub last night and had to wince as I slowly lowered myself in.
I hope you all had a great holiday too!
