Happy July everyone

well a new month and new ideas i hope..hee hee. lots of bbq-ing to be done soon by all and i hope mine comes out..im not much of a griller but im giving it a try on the 4th..since its my anniversary i bought some really huge ribs to grill and im going to make a fruit salad and grill some squash...i cant wait..making hubby a cake too. i intend to finish up on my photos and finally put the ones i did in a album this month..that is my goal. hope you all have a good JULY.. i cant wait for the end of aug thats when i leave for my cruise..Yipeeeeeeeee hugs...chatty cathy

Happy July to you to Cathy and to everyone.

Our town has a 4th of July celebration with a parade, fireworks and a weekend of arts/crafts, music, carnival and food. We are going to check it out on Thursday. For the 4th, we are traveling to Milwaukee to check out their 4th of July festival and see one of our favorite bands from California that will be performing there.

Happy July to all of you, too. We are so last minute, we have not decided what to do this year other than bbq as usual. We grill all year round. DH can even be seen outside in the snow with tongs in hand.

Last year we sat out in lawn chairs in our side lawn and watched the fireworks. We live in a rural town and a few of the neighbors go all out and buy lots of the big stuff and we usually get a pretty good air show. It's kind of like when the Blue Angels are at the Freedom Festival. They go right over my son's house.
