I went to the AC Moore Moonlight Madness sale and haven't quite figured out why they call it a special sale. I checked out and it came to $199 and when I looked at the receipt I didn't see the 25% off anywhere. I went to customer service and was told that it is off regular priced items and everything I bought was on sale so there were no additional savings since the sale prices were at least 25% already. I wasn't allowed to use my 40% off coupon (I put back the paper storage cubes before she started ringing me up since I can get 40% off of $129.99 tomorrow vs 25% off during the special sale. I could have bought the same exact things tomorrow for the same price plus I wouldn't have to make a second trip to save $15 on the paper cubes.
I won't be going to one of those sales again, I waited in line for 15 minutes, the store was very crowded and it was as hot as hell in that store. What a disappointment.
