As many of you know I've been considering getting a scrapbook related business which would allow me as much flexibility doing other scrapbook related things as possible. Well....drumroll please, I finally decided to join Top Line Creations (TLC). Here is why, other of course, than the fact that I really need a source of income that will allow me to continue my current activities:
A. The kit to become a consultant is only $50.00 plus s&H. It's worth over $100.00.
B. They have an optional add on kit (which you can only get when you sign up) which is $100 and has all sorts of products worth over $200.00 (I decided to order it too).
C. On joining as a consultant, you get a coupon for 40% off any order of your choice to use in the first 60 days. (If that order is for $500.00 or more, (you get some of your friends together for a party of something) that discount goes up to 50%)
D. There is NO MONTHLY MINIMUM so it's great for hobbyists! All I have to do to maintain status is buy $25.00 USD at retail value for myself once every SIX months! That definitely is not going to be a problem for me! I'm even allowed, yes allowed to sell the products on Ebay!
E. The paper products are great and exclusive! (Yes they do have rub-ons and the latest trends in papers and kits). They even have a monthly kit program! So yes I'm a FLASS, so I got that too!
F. The UK, Netherlands, Australia and New Zealand markets just opened this year and to help those consultant with shipping charges the products they order (other than the membership kits) are always discounted by 40% rather than the standard rather generous minimum of 25% for the US and Canada consultants. I thought that was really neat! Interestingly, as of last night, no Scottish consultant had a website...so...IF you are from Scotland, and you are the first to join my team as a consultant, I'll help you pay for and prepare your website so that you can get out there right away! (the first onth is free and I'll pay yo $10.00 via paypal to keep it for at least another month after that! You have to have a website to show up as a consultant on a search, so imagine if you are the first in the country! Bear in mind that TLC is launching a huge advertizing campaign, so people will start looking!
G. I got a special present from the lady I joined under, so I thought I'd pass on her kindness! Everyone who joins me as a consultant will get a special gift directly from me worth approximately $13.00 retail.
