Anyone Make Precision Rectangular Cutter That Takes Pattern From Computer?

I need to cut small rectangular shapes with rounded corners in arbitrary rectangular sizes all under four by four inch. I need to be very precise about the dimensions, accurate to about 1/16 of an inch either direction, and the radius of the corner should be accurate down to 1/16th of an inch as well. I had hoped to find a device that could be attached to a computer and then have the precise cuts made automatically. To my surprise, I'm not finding such a device. I'm willing to pay good money for this if anyone knows of a product that might be used in other fields like drafting or tailoring.

I think the standard scrapbook products for cutting rectangular shapes and corners may not be precise enough for my application, but I'll consider any that meet my requirements for precision.

I have about 30 different shapes I need to cut, so I don't think doing this all manually is going to work very well.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

There are companies online that will use a laser cutter and cut from your computer drawings. I found one here:

that seems to specialize in parts for robots, but they do mention they can cut paper too. It looks like it would be way more cost effective for you to pay a company to do it rather than buy a machine yourself.

there are a lot of computer-driven cutters out there: wishblade, etc. Hav eyou looked into their accuracy (I never measure, on mine but surely the info is out there.)

Wishblade looks very nice. Do you know of any units that would *both* do the printing and the cutting in a single integrated unit? That would be perfection.

Apparently the newer Wishblade sold out during Christmas and the manufacturer is out of stock. Do you know of any vendor in the U.S. who has them in stock ready to ship immediately?

no machine i know can print and cut in one step, but wishblade (and some similar machines) have a feature where you can print the item, then put it in for cutting (expect to learn how to set this up, of course)

You might also look into the Klik-n-kut. It has some great reviews also. I've got one on lay-away now.
