CCCMar2008

It's not too late to join the challenge and still be in the running for my lovely gift basket and be ahead of the game on your holiday cards come December. Requirements... make a minimum of 3 Christmas cards a month (Chanukah and Kwansa are acceptable too) for at least 8 months of this year from January 1st to November 30th. Cards must be done in the month and posted in that month for all to see.

This month's tip: Make sure you have envelopes. I'm putting my cards away with the envelopes. I don't want December to come around and have to scramble for envelopes. I just don't need one more thing on my todo list come December.

Hugs, Lynne

Oh, Lynne. Thanks for reminding me about envelopes! That completely slipped my mind. I will have to get on that.

I'm already started this time. LOL Great reminder on the envelopes. As I make cards, I slip them partially in an envelope and then straight into my card organizer/box they go. By "partially" I mean I slip the back of the card, where the inside message is, I slip that half of the card into the envelope. That way as I'm looking for a card, all I have to do is flip through my cards and I'm able to see the front of the card this way. For the most part, this works wonderfully. Sometimes it doesn't due to glitter/powder/etc on the front of the card, or I cut the cardstock 4 1/4" x

11" instead of 8 1/2" x 5 1/2". It's so much more convienent for me to see the front of the card as I'm looking for cards in my box.
