OH M-C!!!! That is what I have been doing!!!! LOL! Now to put it all to good use! Thought that I would be starting this week. Schedule: Monday - take down the Christmas Decor. and boys back to school. Tuesday, organize pics and supplies I have. Well, Tuesday night we had a major ice storm here and the boys have had snow days ever since (alot due to power outages in the area). Hopefully this week!!!!

Poo poo scrappin' money even!

Welcome to RCS Jan! Oh, and by the way, it's just easier to give in now and buy it all. Or at least admit to the fact that eventually you'll have it all anyways. LOL Yep, we'll enable as much as we can!

If that is what you have been doing, then you truly belong here in RCS. Now don't tell a soul, but you don't actually use everything you buy. You see when it's time to do a layout, you just have to put on your coat, rush out the door and hit every scrapbook and craft store in and around town to find that "special" paper you need for this particular layout. And of course, once you find the paper, nothing that you already have goes quite right with it and you just have to buy those matching thingees that will just make everything pop! But since you're already at the store, you just can't pass up that new tool that everyone on RCS has been speaking of, so you get that too. And so it goes! Thuse the reason to post alot, make friends that are as addicted as you are and qualify for swaps and as Dave did as Sneaky Santa this past Christmas perform RAKs (random acts of kindness) by sending people scrapbooking supplies so to be able to as Dave mentions in another thread, go back to the store and replenish your stash! LOL (though I'm pretty sure that Dave keeps a list and goes out shopping for people, sweet man that he is!)

BTW, so you know, February 12 -14 is the BIG industry show where the manufacturers of craft supplies, including scrapbook supplies, display their new stuff to the retailers. Spring is when the companies send their yearly catalogues out, so expect a lot of fabulous new stuff to come out! Shortly after that, the scrapbook stores will be full of brand new products. Which of course is yet another reason to rush out to the store!

See! This is what I was warning you about! Shame on you M-C! *ducks quickly* Seriously, have a ball!

Oh M-C is that when HIA is? (Feb 12-14)? I know a couple of store owners who usually go and they post pics they take from their digital cameras on their website... So now I know when to start looking :) I was really disappointed last year because I was expecting DIY to put some new shows on the air following HIA that profiled the new things and they didn't get any new ones on air for several months :( Hopefully they'll be more on the ball this year!!!
